1. Acceptance of Terms

VideoPlus.ai provides services and products in this application, subject to the following terms and conditions. Before using this application and the services and products provided, you must carefully read the Terms of Service (‘TOS’). Accessing or using this application, services and products (collectively the ‘Service’) indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree or accept any part of these terms, you must immediately stop accessing or using the Service.

2. Modification of Terms

VideoPlus.ai reserves the right to update these terms and any information, product or service mentioned, without notice. The latest version of the TOS can be viewed by clicking the 'Terms of Service' link.

3. Privacy Policy

VideoPlus.ai is committed to protecting your privacy. The use of the Service is also subject to VideoPlus.ai's Privacy Policy (‘Privacy Policy’), which is incorporated by reference and forms part of the TOS. You must read and understand the terms of our Privacy Policy.

4. Account Registration

VideoPlus.ai provides a variety of services through the VideoPlus.ai application and products. These services are available after registration. You agree to provide honest and accurate account information, including but not limited to a valid email address and password (collectively 'Account Information'). By creating or registering an account to use our services, you declare that you are at least eighteen (18) years old or you are a legal entity, and the registration information you provide is accurate and complete. You understand that it is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your VideoPlus.ai account information. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If you find or suspect that someone has unauthorized access to your account, please notify us as soon as possible (support@videoplus.ai) so that we can revoke your account and replace it with a new one. You may not use another person's name or unauthorized entity as a username or trademark name, which involves the rights of others or entities, unless authorized. You may not use offensive, vulgar or obscene usernames.

5. Product Description

We strive to describe and present the application and services as accurately as possible. Although we strive to clarify the services, we do not guarantee that the application is completely accurate, up-to-date or error-free. We may correct pricing and description errors from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any pricing error orders.

6. Use License

This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. Under this license, you may not: 1. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any application found on the VideoPlus.ai page; 2. remove the copyright or other proprietary notices from the materials; If you violate any of these restrictions, this license will be automatically terminated and VideoPlus.ai may terminate this license at any time. After displaying these materials or after the termination of this license, you must destroy all downloaded materials, whether in electronic or print format.

7. Use Restrictions

This application may be accessed worldwide, so you are responsible for evaluating the use of this website, products or services to see if they comply with local laws and regulations. When using this website, products or services, you must comply with these terms, related laws, regulations and policies. VideoPlus.ai reserves the right to take all available legal and equitable remedies for violations of these terms. You understand that the services on the application should not be abused. ● Defame or denigrate any person, whether a legal entity or a natural person, or post obscene, denigrating or offensive comments, or use this application and/or the services or their content in any way to harm the reputation of VideoPlus.ai or any third party, or to engage VideoPlus.ai in liability to any third party;

● Download, post, copy, share, store or distribute pornographic, obscene or sexually suggestive information, or any content containing links to adult websites;

● Download, post, copy, share, store or distribute denigrating or malicious content, such as references or comments about specific groups, such as race, gender or gender identity, ethnic or racial origin or any other specific group;

● Send, share or distribute content that is excessive, unnecessary, unsolicited or is 'spam' or bulk commercial email;

● Send, post or transmit any illegal, hate, threatening, denigrating or defamatory content;

● Send, post or transmit any content that infringes intellectual property rights; invades privacy; or incites violence;

● Download, upload, post, copy or distribute content protected by copyright or other proprietary rights, without the permission of the content owner;

● Create derivative works or otherwise exploit this application and/or the services and their content;

● Use this application and/or the services to distribute viruses or malicious software or any other harmful software code;

● Attempt to access, investigate or connect to computing devices (for example, any form of 'hacking') without proper authorization;

● Attempt to compile, exploit or distribute the IP address list operated by VideoPlus.ai to connect to the service;

● Cause damage, failure, overload or interference to VideoPlus.ai servers in any way, or interfere with other users' use and enjoyment of this website and services;

● Attempt to access this website and/or any service, other account, computer system or network connected to any VideoPlus.ai server or any network property and/or service, using hacking techniques, password theft or any other means;

● Avoid storage space limits;

● Use the storage space provided by the service as the infrastructure of your own cloud service or as the backup of your own cloud service;

● Use the storage space provided by the service as the basis for encrypted storage, storage or similar proof systems;

VideoPlus.ai reserves the right to take appropriate action to enforce these terms, which may include deleting or blocking content stored through our services, suspending the user's use of the service, or terminating the account without notice.

8. Confidentiality

Any information about the customer and its customer records may be forwarded to third parties. However, customer records are considered confidential, so they will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by our employees and the law. Customers have the right to request to view and copy all customer records we keep, provided that we receive reasonable notice in advance. Customers are requested to retain copies of the public documents related to our service provision. In appropriate cases, we will provide relevant written information, materials or copies of records according to the agreement contract of both parties. At your request, we provide you with the option to view all the information we hold. We will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party, nor will we use your email address for unsolicited emails. Any emails sent by our company are only related to the services and products provided.

9. Refund Policy

One-time payment refund policy

[9.1] - Payment and Fee Adjustment

● Service price: videoplus.ai independently determines the price of its one-time payment service and publishes it on the service page. Users need to pay the corresponding fee in full before using the relevant service

● Price change: videoplus.ai reserves the right to adjust the price of the one-time payment service at any time, and the price adjustment will not affect the completed payment order.

[9.2] - Refund Policy

● Before making any payment, we urge you to carefully read the 'Terms and Conditions'. We strongly recommend that you fully understand the features and characteristics of this product before placing an order, to avoid refund requests due to unfamiliarity with the product. Placing an order to purchase our product indicates that you have fully read and fully accepted the terms and conditions of this refund policy. If you do not agree or cannot accept any part of the terms and conditions in this policy, please contact us, provide us with your opinions, suggestions or modification suggestions. We appreciate your feedback. For any inquiries or general requests, please allow us up to 48 hours to reply. As a SaaS service provider, all products and services provided by VideoPlus and its business units are intangible and irrevocable. In very few cases, we only accept refund requests in the following situations:

● Errors caused by our system failure

● Within 24 hours after the first payment (promotions do not support refunds)

● If you find that the product is not suitable for use within 24 hours after purchase, for subscriptions with a usage rate of less than 10%, we will provide a full refund; if it exceeds 10%, only a partial refund will be provided.

● Within 72 hours, for subscriptions with a usage rate of less than 5%, we will provide a full refund; if it exceeds 5%, only a partial refund will be provided

● No refunds are supported after 72 hours.

● The refund processing time is 7-15 working days..

[9.3] - Please note:

● The first payment refers to the first payment, not including package upgrades or repurchases.

● Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund application, and contact us by email (email address).

● We do not guarantee refunds for unused or personal dissatisfaction.

● Promotional prices do not support refunds.

● This policy is designed to protect the rights of users while ensuring the sustainable development of our services. Thank you for your understanding.

● Exchange rate: videoplus.ai independently determines the standard of points or other forms of service packages that users can enjoy. Users agree that videoplus.ai can change the exchange rate at any time.

● Validity period: videoplus.ai sets different validity periods for its retail tokens according to their types and acquisition methods.

10. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoPlus.ai shall not be liable for any damages (including but not limited to data or profit loss, or damages caused by business interruption) caused by the use or inability to use the services on this application under any circumstances, even if VideoPlus.ai or VideoPlus.ai's authorized representative has been orally or in writing informed of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of implied warranties, or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Termination

VideoPlus.ai may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. After termination, your right to use the Service will be immediately terminated. If you wish to terminate your account, simply stop using the service. All terms that should continue to be valid after termination, including but not limited to ownership terms, warranty disclaimers and liability limitation terms.

12. Applicable Law

These terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, regardless of its conflict of law provisions.

13. Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VideoPlus.ai regarding the use of the Service, and supersede and replace all previous agreements between you and VideoPlus.ai regarding the use of the Service.

14. Change

VideoPlus.ai reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. If the changes are significant, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of the new terms taking effect. What constitutes a significant change will be determined by us.
