1. Refund Policy

One-time payment refund policy

1.1. Payment and Fee Adjustments

● Service Pricing: videoplus.ai independently determines the prices of its one-time payment services and publishes them on the service page. Users must pay the corresponding fees in full before using the related services.

● Price Changes: videoplus.ai reserves the right to adjust the prices of its one-time payment services at any time, and price adjustments will not affect completed payment orders.

1.2. Refund Policy

● Before making any payment, we kindly ask you to carefully read the 'Terms and Conditions'. We strongly recommend that you fully understand the features and characteristics of this product before placing an order to avoid the need for a refund due to unfamiliarity with the product. By purchasing our product, you indicate that you have fully read and completely accepted the terms and conditions of this refund policy. If you do not agree or cannot accept the terms and conditions of this policy, please contact us, providing your feedback, suggestions, or modification opinions. We appreciate your feedback. For any inquiries or general requests, please allow us up to 48 hours to respond. As a SaaS service provider, all products and services provided by VideoPlus and its business units are intangible and non-revocable. In rare cases, we only accept refund applications under the following circumstances:

● Due to errors caused by our system failures.

● Within 24 hours after the first payment (promotional activities do not support refunds):

● If you discover that the product is not suitable for use within 24 hours after purchase, for subscriptions with usage points not exceeding 10%, we will provide a full refund; if exceeding 10%, only a partial refund will be provided.

● Within 72 hours, for subscriptions with usage points not exceeding 5%, we will provide a full refund; if exceeding 5%, only a partial refund will be provided.

● Refunds are not supported after 72 hours.

● Refund processing time is 7-15 working days.

1.3. Please Note:

● First-time payment refers to the first payment, not including package upgrades or re-purchases.

● Please provide a complete and valid reason for the refund request and contact us via email (email address).

● We do not guarantee refunds for unused or personally unsatisfactory situations.

● Promotional prices do not support refunds.

● This policy aims to protect user rights while ensuring the sustainability of our services. Thank you for your understanding.

1.4. Fees and Taxes

● Currency Unit: Unless videoplus.ai specifies otherwise in writing, all fees are in the currency displayed on the service page.

● Tax Burden: All payment fees do not include taxes (such as value-added tax, sales tax, goods and services tax, etc.), and users must bear the relevant taxes themselves. If videoplus.ai is required by law to withhold and pay taxes, such taxes will be included in the final payment amount.

1.5. Account Payment and Authorization

● User Authorization: videoplus.ai and its payment partners are authorized to collect fees from the user's account, and have the right to query relevant information from payment service providers or banks to ensure payment completion.

● If payment fails, the user must complete the payment again to obtain the corresponding service.

1.6. Account Cancellation and Data Loss

● If the user's videoplus.ai account is cancelled (whether initiated by the user or terminated due to violation of platform rules), the user may lose all paid service content, stored data, or related rights, and videoplus.ai is not responsible for any data loss, nor will it provide refunds or backups.

1.7. Usage Limitations

● The one-time payment service purchased by the user is limited to personal use and cannot be resold, shared, or transferred.

● If the user purchases or obtains videoplus.ai services through unofficial channels (such as third-party purchases, unofficial transfers, etc.), videoplus.ai has the right to immediately terminate the service, and the user's paid fees will not be refunded.

1.8. Usage Period and Storage Rules

● Validity Period: The user must use the one-time payment service within the validity period specified on the service page. If it expires without use, it will be considered as the user's automatic waiver, and videoplus.ai will not provide refunds or extensions.

● Work Storage: ○ Users must download or publish the final work (Final Work) completed using the one-time payment service within the service validity period. ○ After the service expires, users will no longer be able to modify, edit, or reuse paid resources, but within the legal limits, published works can be permanently retained. ○ If third-party copyright restrictions are involved, users must still comply with relevant copyright regulations.

1.9. Additional Services and Extensions

● videoplus.ai may offer additional services for one-time purchase (such as extra downloads, AI feature extensions, etc.), which are also non-refundable and subject to this policy.

● The additional services purchased by the user may have independent validity periods, please use them within the validity period, and they will expire.
